I have borrowed 10 birr from endakese but the left birr for me was 5.5 birr as I have borrowed 5 birr from 810 before. But thing that made me angry was when I tried to buy internet package by 5 birr it says to me insufficient birr, however when I checked my phone it said to me as I have 5.5 birr on my phone number.

But if someone loses his/her phone the one who find that phone can easily reset the telebirr password by calling the telebirr center and also they can tell the full name of that telebirr user by entering his/her social media like Facebook, telegram, imo.....

When I compare Ethio telecom with safaricom, safaricom sends a gift to their costumers daily and also their package amount was so cheap when you buy it.
if ethio telecom do on it on this situation, I'm happy to it.

In addition, ethio telecom started to send additional night package as a gift when you buy a package but it didn't work properly. So what's a problem
