Why unlimited internet packege is to late

I bought a G PON ethio telecom home wifi router. I pay 880birr monthly for unlimited 5mbs internet speed. The problem is , almost half of the month it's veryy slow and laggy, can't stream movies or even tiktok. Also I can't play online games on my phone, like( call of duty mobile, genshin impact, blood strike etc) because the internet is very slow any game I try it crash out and disconnects. I can't even view my telegram news and messages because the network is very slow. That's Besides the random red PON blinking light, happens almost a couple of days in the week! I reached out to ethio telecom via twitter and direct message but nothing happened. I'm considering to seriously discontinue my subscription for once and forever. Does anyone else experience this or am I the only one? Does anyone have any solution??????

I ordered new internet connection in apartment building. I know there is connection in the building. Your agent promised in less than a week. Nothing happened after three weeks. Your 8994, Ardi and WhatsApp services are giving technically correct and practically useless reply. I'm trying this forum.
