Even though i am new here, when ever i went to the customer service and ask some thing that i am curious to know about they ask me my code and i give them my bach number on my account and they always says wrong number, wel what is wrong, is it the codeyou gave me or is it you that you dont want to answer me, i am here for exchange knowledge not for any thing, you better answer me when i am having a question. How come do you want customers want to yuse your service with out knowing the uses andbenefits of your services, even though if the customer is about to recomend for you, you better give information service, what ever, when ever, where ever, even you are supposed to make it with out acount for the customer service.

I dont mean to disturb or black mail, i like the movent of the technology but your customers should be moving with you lets grow together for the best future.
