I bought a G PON ethio telecom home wifi router. I pay 880birr monthly for unlimited 5mbs internet speed. The problem is , almost half of the month it's veryy slow and laggy, can't stream movies or even tiktok. Also I can't play online games on my phone, like( call of duty mobile, genshin impact, blood strike etc) because the internet is very slow any game I try it crash out and disconnects. I can't even view my telegram news and messages because the network is very slow. That's Besides the random red PON blinking light, happens almost a couple of days in the week! I reached out to ethio telecom via twitter and direct message but nothing happened. I'm considering to seriously discontinue my subscription for once and forever. Does anyone else experience this or am I the only one? Does anyone have any solution??????

Why tele birr credit service saying #"Dynamic_Accesses_rule_verify_Failed" to activate. I completed every criterion there is but still the same. and live agents says the same thing again and again. anyone encountered the same problem, let me know how to fix?
